Dearest Trolls,

Woah, what an exciting time for us! We had just airdropped $OSWAP rewards to 50 lucky participants who took part in our previous Bridge Founder Side Quest with GMX.

In light of Impossible Finance officially joining OpenSwap’s Bridge Founder program, we figured why not do it again! Therefore, this week, we decided to have a side quest with our long-time partner and BFF, fellow bridge founder Impossible finance.

For better user education on how OpenSwap’s ANY-to-ANY Single Asset Crosschain Bridge can help $IF & $IDIA tap into additional liquidity upon mainnet rollout, this time we will distribute $OSWAP rewards through a Side Quest event!

Side Quest terms are as follows:

  1. Submit both Twitter and Telegram Handles
  2. Follow both OpenSwap & IF on Twitter, Telegram, and Medium
  3. Comment on this Tweet tagging @openswapdex, @impossiblefi, with #crosschainbridge, #bridgefounder, #OpenSwap #Ethereum, #BNBchain, #Avalanche, #moonriver
  4. Conduct an ANY-to-ANY crosschain swap with $IF and/or $IDIA token on our testnet site and submit your txn.
  5. Optional: Tell us what you think about our technology
  6. Complete the form

You can fill in the form here after you have completed all the tasks. We will be randomly picking 50 winners to split the 25,000 $OSWAP rewards!

* In case of disputes or unpredicted events, OpenSwap reserves the right to change, amend, reinterpret, suspend, and/or terminate this Side Quest event and its related rewards at any time with or without prior notice.

Tutorial for Crosschain Swapping $IDIA / $IF:

Step 1.
Adding the network to Metamask

Simply click the network button on the top bar and select a network; a prompt will pop up on Metamask. Click approve and the network will be added to your Metamask automatically. Change the network to Avalanche Fuji C-Chain testnet so that no real funds are used.

Currently, our bridge supports Kovan (ETH testnet), BNB Chain Testnet and Avalanche FUJI C-Chain (AVAX testnet). Other wallets might not be supported as of this moment so Metamask is recommended for trial.

Step 2.
Getting testnet tokens from faucets

Ethereum Testnet Token
https://faucets.chain.link/
https://gitter.im/kovan-testnet/faucet

Avalanche Testnet Token
https://faucet.avax-test.network/

BNB Testnet Token
https://testnet.binance.org/faucet-smart

Simply go to these sites and get testnet tokens. We recommend getting some testnet BNB and AVAX to get started. You will also need these tokens for gas fees later on.

Step 3.
Select “AVAX” as the Source Chain and “BNB” as the Destination Chain

Step 4.
Approve and confirm the transaction

Step 5.
Review the record

About OpenSwap

OpenSwap is the world’s first DEX providing on-chain swaps at zero slippage with hybrid smart routing, and a single asset cross-chain bridge. As the DeFi universe continues to expand, liquidity becomes increasingly scattered across multiple chains and the situation is poised to get worse as new chains emerge with individual DEXs on each chain. The OpenSwap team has been working for the past several months on building up a vision of a greater OpenSwap ecosystem that will become every crypto project’s BFF through a set of key offerings that will empower teams to establish funding and sustained token health, allowing teams to focus on what they do best — BUIDL.
